As he puts it, he loves the spoken word way better than the written one, and, boy, has he made a success of it. A number of years back when we first launched our product on lawyer database the Salesforce AppExchange, we took our VP of Product and our Director of MarComm to the streets to create a fun music video and even all these years later it still gets views.
