Our idea: don't try to stop, but facilitate where possible

Post by Bappy32 »

Wikipedia is clear: 'A business process is an arrangement of work that needs to be performed in an organization.' But is this true? In recent years, especially with the advent of the internet, it seems as if business processes are being taken over by the world outside the organization. Within the government, we increasingly see that citizens are taking over processes. Is this bad?

Citizen information
When a plane crashes into the river, you no longer hear about it first from georgia mobile phone number list the authorities. Everything is known sooner via social media. Simply because there is always someone nearby who throws the news onto the digital highway. In fact, the Wiki page about the disaster or crisis is online almost faster than the first press release from the government.

Take the Boston Marathon Bombing, within a few hours after the first bomb went off, a very extensive page was already online . More extensive than the news provision on the government pages. It is a utopia for the government to be faster with information than citizens. The role shifts from providing information to interpreting information. This interpretation includes validating or falsifying the information that is already present . These tasks remain (for the time being) with the government, since reliable information is expected of it.
