Open FileZilla and log into your FTP server.
Find the wp-config.php file

Download to your computer
At the end of the file, paste the following: define ("WP_ALLOW_REPAIR", true);

Save the modified wp-config.php file and upload it back to the server via FileZilla and overwrite the file.
Open a browser and go to
Click the Restore Database button.
