You can also 'restrict' users. This way, unwanted interaction is limited without having to block or unfollow them. Instead of receiving a DM directly, it now comes through your message requests, so the other person can't see whether you've read it or not. Also, other users won't see if this person has commented on your posts: only you and the user themselves can see this. And then review and approve, ignore or delete comments. Keep control over tags and mentions
