Navigating to the Threads analytics dashboard
Meta introduced Threads Insights for desktop in August 2024 and rolled out Threads Insights for mobile to all users in January 2025. The good news is the analytics dashboard is accessible to all users, even if they don’t have a creator or business account. The only caveat is that you must have at least 100 followers to use this feature.
Click the More button at the bottom left-hand panel of the screen.

By default, Threads will show you insights for the last 30 days. Click the Insights drop-down menu at the top of the page. Then select the time frame for which you want to track your Threads metrics—last seven, 14, 30 or 90 days. At the time of writing this post, there’s no option to track metrics for a custom timeframe.
