5 signs of a good career website

Post by suchona.kani.z »

At AITOM, we have been designing and building career websites for clients for several years. We have created them for, for example, ČEPRO, Heineken, and Engel & Völkers.

I want a consultation about a career website
Even though individual industries differ in the target group of candidates they address or how much money they are able to invest in online recruitment solutions, a good career website has rules that are common to all: We have summarized them in 5 signs of a good career website:

Entry study
As with any other website, the basis for us is a professionally conducted initial study. “ Create a website for us that will attract quality people !” This may sound like a common request. “We’d be happy to,” we answer. But first, we want to find out: for whom, why, with what exact intention, in what market and under what conditions it must work. What, to whom overseas chinese in australia data and how it should be called. A well-conducted initial study will multiply the return on investment in the website and, most importantly, save unnecessary adjustments in the future.

Answers A career website sets expectations. It should give the candidate an understanding of why they should work for the company, what it will be like, and what to expect. Rather than general quotes from a brochure about company culture, they need to know specific things. The more specific, the better. What is it like inside the company? What kind of people work there and what do they do all day? How satisfied are they there?

Authenticity There is no point in pretending to be what we are not. For example, making sexy videos like from the Google offices and then bringing applicants to offices from the nineties. Creating medallions with enthusiastic employees and then entrusting the applicant to a burnt-out boss. At the latest, the probationary period will show whether our online communication sets achievable expectations. If not, we are unnecessarily investing in an image that is not real.
