He also reported that TEGRUS's clients include about a thousand customers from various industries, and the company itself has repeatedly taken honorable places in various industry ratings. For example, in March of this year it was among the winners of the rating "25 best Russian system integrators" .
Currently, the company's revenue distribution by industry is as follows: finance - 18%, public sector - 18%, industrial enterprises - 17%, telecom - 14%, trade - 12%, fuel and energy complex - 7%, other industries - 14%.
TEGRUS Technical Director Vladimir Bochkarev drew attention to the fact that the company provides its customers with a very wide range of IT service and integration services. At the same time, he named the following areas as key areas of activity:
information security;
engineering infrastructure of buildings and data centers;
multimedia solutions;
communication and data transmission systems.
Vladimir Bochkarev described the current situation as follows: "Most of our customers have a significantly narrowed planning horizon - to 3-6 months. The reason is simple - the situation is volatile, and everything changes very quickly. To this we must add a catastrophic shortage of equipment, failures in the delivery channels for this equipment, strict requirements of regulators, a shortage of qualified IT personnel. All this creates a new level of risk."
He noted that in the current conditions, the tasks of IT departments have changed radically. Last year, the integrator faced the following tasks:
infrastructure modernization;
implementation of analytical systems;
search and implementation of more chile mobile database ERP/CRM/SCM/HCM/EPM;
migration of some systems to the cloud;
testing Russian solutions for import substitution.
Now the focus has shifted dramatically and the task list looks like this:
ensuring protection by means of information security;
revision of IT infrastructure standards from the point of view of hardware and system software;
carrying out import substitution where necessary and appropriate;
migration back from the cloud.
The technical director of TEGRUS looks to the future with some optimism. Yes, under the influence of well-known events, some software and IT equipment suppliers with whom the company worked either left Russia completely or temporarily suspended their activities. However, the company has replacements for many of their products.
