The unproductive writers are like octopuses:
They stretch their eight tentacles in all directions: Instagram, smartphone, music, research, YouTube, Wikipedia, email and WhatsApp.
Every 5 minutes there is a “small” distraction.
The problem is that it is a huge waste of resources for your brain.
Because even if the distraction is only “brief”, it takes longer for your brain to get back into it.
