As expected, Google and Amazon remain at the top. However, DuckDuckGo has surpassed Yahoo and Bing, jumping two spots in the market share rankings. Ecosia also rose two spots, while Baidu fell to the bottom. This may indicate a demographic difference between general search engine users and those who are active on Twitter.

While established players like Google still hold the top three spots in terms of customer ratings, Amazon has fallen all the way to No. 7, while Ecosia has leapt to the top, with DuckDuckGo not far behind. Ecosia’s most popular position here is a strong sign of how much potential this search engine has.
