Quality over quantity is the key word! If you are unhappy with a blog post, don't publish it. Put it aside for now ( don't delete it!) and let it mature further. After a rest period and thorough revision, you will still be able to use it.
It often happens to me that I plan and prepare a blog post and then when I start writing I realize that it is not the right post.
Then it stays in its current state and I write the post that is easier for me at the time.

Write in detail
Beginners in particular make the mistake of considering a post as "finished" too quickly. In fact, the post doesn't really go into any depth.
