Sales has changed | Webinar review "Modern sales with inbound sales"

Post by nishat957 »

The advent of digitalization in the world of work is not stopping at sales either. Classic sales are dying out. Nowadays, buyers can find out about products and offers so easily and comprehensively on the Internet that they no longer have to rely on information provided by sales staff to make their purchasing decisions. For inbound sales teams, this means that they have to change their sales tactics and align their entire sales strategy specifically with the buyer's wishes. NetPress CEO Achim Karpf and Pascal Landshoeft from Hubspot , supported by the German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (BVMW), showed how modern inbound sales works in our webinar on July 27, 2017.

Customers “sometimes know more than the portugal whatsapp data salespeople” – with this statement Wolfgang Thanner introduced the webinar and confirmed the urgent need for companies to take action regarding their sales strategy.

In the first part of the webinar, Achim Karpf explained the status quo, the inevitable changes and the weak points of the sales landscape. He then described approaches to how to benefit from digitization with a modern inbound sales strategy and what needs to be taken into account. Pascal Landshoeft then showed what this can look like in detail using his example of "Marathon Crossfit - salespeople as travel companions for the customer".

The digital transformation cannot be ignored!
"There is no getting around it: new methodologies are needed if the future is to be crowned with success," says Achim Karpf. In addition, companies must not forget to take their employees along on this journey. For them, the dramatic change is often difficult and hard to understand.

The figures show why transformation in companies is so important: 90% of customers search for information on the Internet before making a purchase decision. The figures on the customer purchase decision process also suggest a bleak future for the sales department: sales staff are increasingly no longer part of this process. You can find all the figures and facts in our webinar presentation.
