I have a question rather about how the Earth will change with the development or reverse development of large centers, including business ones. How will this relate to the distribution of people, in your opinion. And accordingly, this will directly affect the real estate market, because it is clear that we live in Kyiv and housing in Kyiv...
Look, I don't think it will affect anyone here directly. But in general, I think that real estate in Ukraine will go up in price, globally. But it will go up in price more not in large cities, but, relatively speaking, in the village. Another question is that this process will stretch out not even for 10 years, but probably for 30 years. But globally it will go up in price, it is luxembourg number data undervalued there today. But that is if everything goes well. Because I say again that the price of real estate is a function of society. The second question, what was it?
About internet marketing... I somehow became very sad. I am engaged in internet marketing myself, so I will allow myself to make a harsh statement. You see, today this word in 90 or 85 cases implies the usual rip-off of people for money. And the remaining 15% or 10% is a completely different story. If you are interested in how it will develop, then I think that this ratio will change. Maybe for some period it will change in the positive direction. But in the long term, let's say in 10 years, it will definitely change in the direction of a truly professional product. It is just a poorly felt thing, hard to touch with your hands. But in ordinary marketing, I think the situation is the same. It also consists of 40% of rip-off of people, that is, customers, for money. It does not matter what I mean by the word customer: either you order from an agency, or you hired an employee who says that he understands marketing, but in fact understands nothing. I think that Internet marketing will become significantly less technological. That is, today it is the domain of geeks who are good at operating some systems like Google Analytics, some advertising platforms, some SEO optimization or something else. In fact, there is almost no marketing there. And I think that marketing is the greatest force, because marketing is primarily psychology. And today it is not in this place, but it will definitely appear there. Therefore, I think that the sphere is interesting and, let's say, if you are going to connect your life with this, then you will not be left without work.
- Since we are talking about the future, predictions, I can’t help but remember a person like Ray Kurzweil. He is a famous futurologist and since last year he has been working at Google. He is a supporter of the theory of technological singularity. I wanted to ask, what is your attitude to this idea? According to his predictions, by 2045 we should have completely disappeared and gone into space.
Alexander Olshansky: Look, first of all, he is not the only fan of this theory. The late Kapitsa was also a fan of this theory, it seems to me, he created it almost before Kurzweil. Only Kapitsa calls it the Theory of Hyperbolic Time. In my opinion, this is not a theory at all - I think it is reality. The question is that neither Kapitsa nor Kurzweil made any predictions. They said that the function has a gap in 2045 or 2050 or 2060 (whoever), and we know nothing more about it. There, the function really does seem to have a gap and this does not bode well for us. But, as the Chinese said, "may you live in an era of change." And that is where the apotheosis of the era of change is. But, on the other hand, humanity in general and man, as a biological species, throughout history have proven to be so resilient and adaptable to absolutely incredible cataclysms that I think this is not the end of history. These are already completely philosophical things. But the fact that there is a problem there and this problem is obvious is true.
