Figure out what questions you need answered by the data you gather for your customer journey map.

Your data should tell you:

Where are they getting stuck in the journey?
What pain points are they feeling at different stages?
Which triggers move them to purchase?
Who else are they interacting with?
Which touchpoints work well? Which don’t?
