The solution was manual data transfer

: it included creating 17 thousand tasks, assigning responsibilities, copying files and employee comments.

This work required enormous time and human resources, as each task required separate attention.

The same difficulty arose with the transfer of archive tasks : according to our calculations, the manual transfer of 40 thousand archive projects could take several months of continuous spain consumer email list work (it takes about 5 minutes to transfer one task).

The difficulty was mitigated by combining tasks: one combined project (this is about 150 tasks) was a task in which all tasks and attached files were displayed as a list in one archive:

After transferring data from Wrike, the Client's tasks were completed: his team (production and sales) began working in one system, and all client data was transferred to Bitrix24.

This made it possible to both simplify and speed up interactions between departments, which had a positive impact on their productivity, the quality of lead processing, and the company's profits.
