If you filter the company overview by a company tag (for example, by industry), you will get all the companies that have been tagged with this keyword. So far, so good. Now you might want to send a newsletter to these companies, but if possible not to the general info@ address, but to the employees stored in the CRM system . To achieve this, you can display all the people who work in the companies tagged with the keyword you are looking for.
To do this, go to the "People" brazil telegram screening overview. On the right-hand side next to "Filter & Segment" click on the three grey dots to get to the other options. There, select the second point "filter by company tags".
In the next step, you will see the company tags in bold between the person tags displayed in normal size. Now select the company tag of your choice and you will see all the people who work in the companies with the company tag.
In the last step, you can then save the selection as a filter and transfer it to Newsletter2Go, or export the filtered contacts to insert them into the mail provider of your choice. You can read how exactly this works in our online help .
