Part of the Agile Community's service portfolio includes advice on selecting suitable scaling frameworks and supporting agile transformation. Accompanying changes in the company through (agile) coaching of decision-makers and strengthening product teams with experienced Scrum Masters promote the acceptance of the measures, as does the coordinated work of several agile teams.

In industrial companies in particular, recognizing new zealand consumer email list these patterns can help optimize processes, identify the causes of anomalies, and predict and detect material changes and energy consumption at an early stage. Machine data is therefore a crucial corporate asset that - if analyzed correctly - can create real added value.
But before companies can evaluate and analyze the data from their machines, it must be recorded in a meaningful way - and this in turn requires that the machines in question are networked. This is the only way the data can be stored, processed, analyzed and modeled, creating a competitive advantage for the company.
Preparing for data collection: Challenges surrounding machine connectivity and a connected shop floor
Anyone who wants to take advantage of this must start with data collection. The most important step is to collect the raw data. However, this is only possible if the connectivity of the machine can be ensured - and this is where challenges can arise:
The machine in question has no network interface, so it cannot be networked and therefore cannot collect and provide data. This is not the norm, but it does happen from time to time.
There is no network on the shop floor - the machines operate as isolated systems and are not networked with each other. In this case too, no data can be recorded until such a network is implemented.
