Homestays are usually located in areas quite far from the city. Why choose a homestay business? If we ask every homestay business owner and operator why they chose to start this business, we might get a variety of answers. Everyone has different reasons and motivations for why they choose to start a business. If you just listen to real estate agents, they might say this is the right course of action. The advice they give may be a little biased since they really want to convince you to buy the property. But if you do your own research, you might get better answers than just listening to advice from an agent.
