Agile experience of survey respondents

Post by Arzina3225 »

Users of agile see the future of the concept as bright. Agile working seems to be widely known and fully adopted in the business world. So there is no longer any hype . Wemanity investigated trends in the agile work field in the Agile Trends Insights 2018 study. I will discuss the 5 trends that were found in the study and show you what you can do with them in practice.

The results of the survey show that 71% of employees expect agile to become the norm. 80% of respondents see agile as added value. This does not mean that all companies have already started working with it. Not all companies have implemented agile working. It is striking that agile is mainly used in IT teams. Other departments are lagging behind.

The benefits of agile working are clear: it is mainly about increasing productivity and team spirit. The trends found in the research can help you in the process towards more productivity and a more positive team spirit.

1. Grow maturity and corporate agile
The first trend found in the agile research is maturity. It was expected that people who work agile, already have several years of experience with it. This turned out to be the case: on average, these people have five to ten years of experience with agile. The agile community gives itself an average of 7.3 and thus seems to be aware of practices and rituals. Think for example of daily sprints . It also emerged that a quarter of all teams work agile and one in five respondents indicates that half of the teams work agile.

Corporate agile
Corporate agile has also grown. Corporate agile australia whatsapp number list is about the integrated collaboration of agile within the entire organization. Although the majority of companies currently indicate that IT teams work agile, only 9% of the teams in the study work agile with the entire organization. 20% are currently switching with the entire organization.

Agile working is no longer just for IT teams these days. There are opportunities for marketing, business, HR, finance and administration. Why not extend the benefits that existing agile teams are seeing to other teams?
