What we could try, is to take a sample of all these thoughts, and from there create a kind of summary. To do this, we need to use computers to collect all the thoughts and put them into categories. How does that work? I will explain it to you below.
Step 1. Categorizing human feelings and emotions
You can imagine that we will start to capture emotions in certain categories. Putting your feelings in boxes, as it were. Fortunately, this has already been done for us by linguists, scientists who study language.
As for emotions, feelings, there are 6 main categories: anger, tension, fatigue, confusion, depression and vigor . They are usually indicated in English, because science at the moment is mainly focused on the English language. So as a developer of a system for 'emotion finding' you actually have to first record a whole range of all the exceptions that occur in order to obtain a certain degree of accuracy. This is also where the challenge lies. This will never be 100% successful. Just when you think: "I'm done", then someone has found a new expression that is very quickly understood and adopted by people.
