SGM: At Tradedoubler there are three main factors that have influenced our success over so many years:
A very mature team, professionally speaking. As a Swedish company, we are 100% committed to work-life balance and have zero tolerance for ageism and any type of discrimination. We have a social benefits program called 'Tradedoubler te Cuida', which helps our team remain very stable in a sector, digital marketing, in which turnover is very high.

EMP: Would you dare to say where the future of advertising is headed?
SGM: I don't know because predictions take a long time to come true and sometimes they don't even come true. Personally, I lean towards results-oriented influencer marketing (oriented towards generating sales vs. branding ) and video shopping .
