1. IDENTIFICATION OF BACTERIA OF THE GENUS LACTOBACILLUS

Microorganisms of the genus Lactobacillus have antagonistic activity against pathogenic microorganisms and perform an immunomodulatory function. In the case of L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei, the data obtained using PCR allow us to clarify the taxonomic position of the strains under study.
