To be released from military service for care, you submit a report, to which you attach copies of passports, RNOKPP, birth certificates, marriage certificates and any other documents that can confirm the degree of your relationship, a copy of the certificate (conclusion) of the LKK or MSEK, note in the report that you have no other relatives and submit it to the military unit.
The term for considering a report on dismissal is no more than 30 days. If the military unit delays considering your report, file a lawsuit with an obligation to consider the report and establish judicial control over the court decision.
If your report is denied, file a lawsuit with the court with the obligation to be released from military service.
