If you want to reduce the response time to 3 hours, you need to subscribe to a Premium Support plan, which will add 20% to your license. Also note that this option is only available if you have an annual contract.

Zoho is hands down the best value of the four. The CRM is functional and straightforward, and it's very easy to get started with. They demo the CRM with demo data, which gives you a good idea of how to set it up and use it. It's a very robust system - it has everything I need to make a CRM work.
The user interface is decent, pretty similar to HubSpot. Nothing fancy. Zoho has an extremely comprehensive offering built into the CRM - including quotes, vendors, purchase orders, invoicing, etc. I think it could be especially useful for sole proprietors and freelancers. Very robust.
It offers very comprehensive and customizable analytics and reporting dashboards. It also offers some interesting gamification features for people who manage a team. Zoho has an impressive suite of built-in apps that could prove useful in the future, as well as many key integrations with third-party apps and its own app marketplace – a lot of good stuff, especially for niche businesses. The price is reasonable: $12 for a standard subscription, but in all honesty, I would opt to pay $30 for Zoho One and get the full suite of apps. The Google Workspace integration has proven to be seamless and robust, which is a major plus for my business.
