The Experience Stage, hosted by Heike Zellerhoff, was dedicated to the question of how visionary entrepreneurs and pioneers of digital commerce are breaking new ground to hold their own in today's competitive market environment. Ambitious ecommerce players were offered an optimal stage to share their expert knowledge.
This stage was used, for example, by Sabrina Berkenkopf, who works as a technical product owner in the ecommerce department at first division Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund. She explained why football fans are very special customers. In addition, the lecture focusing on Digital Sales Rooms turned out to be a real crowd puller.
