What will happen next with the program?

Post by sami »

Does the Job Ambassador Program also have an overall impact on public perception, or are the effects limited to employer branding?

It is always difficult to draw such conclusions because many different factors influence public perception and such things are difficult to measure. Nevertheless, the program has attracted attention, has proven itself over the past two years and has become more important than ever in today's digitalization.

How do you assess the success of the program after two years?

We are very happy with the development. The number of job ambassadors has doubled and the feedback we receive from applicants is great. Our corporate influencers play a key role in ensuring that talents choose us because they know what to expect from us.

To draw a parallel to classic influencer marketing: Talents can bitcoin data test the “job” product in advance thanks to the real insights of our colleagues. This makes the decision much easier for them.

What feedback, for example about personal experiences, do you receive from the individual job ambassadors themselves?

Really nice feedback, namely enthusiasm and pride. If I can identify with the company I work for, have exciting projects and cool tasks, colleagues become friends and the culture suits me, then it's just fun - and then people like to talk about it.

We will definitely continue to look closely: How is the candidate journey developing? Do we need new profiles? What needs do our job ambassadors have and what needs do our applicants have? These are the questions we are asking ourselves, so I don't know where we are headed, but I do know that it will continue and we will continue to adapt the program.

1 Note: For reasons of better readability, I have omitted the * to indicate gender from the second answer onwards. Of course, this always refers to all genders.
