It is obvious that the use of different devices by users is something that we live with on a daily basis in a natural way.

Improve customer experience in terms of usability.

For me, omnichannel e-commerce means helping users to deal with their indecision when purchasing.

There is little help we can give to the determined user.

We have to be present and accompany those who do not find it so easy.

Omnichannel is about understanding which interaction best fits the needs of each moment of the purchasing journey and focusing on accompanying them throughout this process.

Is omnichannel compatible with any type of e-commerce business? Are there cases in which you think it does not yield results?
Omnichannel is optimal when there is a long time between when the user discovers a certain product and when they finally decide to buy it.

When this time is extended, the user has the freedom to seek to satisfy his need among the different competitors.
