And as the number of posts increases, the archive pages multiply, and so do the tags. The problem arises when the tags overlap and cannibalize other resources. This happens when you create archives that share a signifier and/or meaning.

Ok, they have different words in the URL and in the title tag but the meaning is the sdirect marketing with fantuan database ame. So all the articles that deal with the topic of writing on the web will end up in both taxonomies.

What does all this mean?
A lot of useless and duplicate content, meaningless for the reader and for Google. More pages to read for the crawler that do not give valid results and that become only a burden . They do not get visits, they do not give value. Even in this case you can operate a posteriori with redirects and a lot of technique, but it is better to start from the first day to move in the right direction.

I recommend you work with a good mind mapping program. If you can use an Excel file with the editorial calendar to manage your posts, here you have a very useful tool called Coggle , a free tool for creating useful diagrams.
