The new counting leads to an average of 25% fewer contacts and thus corresponds to a 25% increase in the number of contacts, as we leave the contact numbers in the packages unchanged. A not insignificant proportion of CRM accounts have up to 50% fewer contacts as a result of this change. We are only slightly reducing the limit on the number of contacts for the Starter, Business and Enterprise packages - but overall these packages also gain a lot of space.
