Step 1: Go to one of Claro's Customer Service and Sales Centers that offer eSIM services.
Step 2: Indicate whether you want to activate a postpaid plan with a new line or portability.

Portability

Step 1: Visit a Customer Service and Sales Center iran gambling data with eSIM services and request the portability of your line.
Step 2: You must purchase a physical Claro chip for 1 Peruvian sol, choose the best postpaid offer and request the activation of the eSIM.

Change of plan or SIM card

Option 1: If you are already a Claro Peru customer, you can request to change from prepaid to one of the postpaid plans to activate your eSIM.
Option 2: Request to change from a physical SIM to an eSIM at a Customer Service and Sales Center.

Channels to request the Claro eSIM
Visit an authorized Service and Sales Center without an appointment.
Schedule an appointment on the Claro Peru website to avoid lines.
Make the request from the Mi Claro App, More section.
Important: Please note that the eSIM service at Claro is not available at all of its Customer Service and Sales Centers, so you should check which of those that are enabled are closest to your location.
