Bonuses and team motivation system

To enable teams to see the scope of work for the quarter and the possibility of a financial bonus for their work, we created a motivation system in Power BI.

The chart on the team tab shows the amount of cash needed to close the acceptance certificates this quarter. This is the company's minimum profit. It goes towards maintaining the company's existence. This includes:

administrative staff wage fund;
finance: taxes, transfers, maintenance of portugal consumer email list current accounts;
administrative, economic and PR departments of "Completo"
team payroll fund;
actual expenses.
The team's payroll and expenses are different, the rest is the same for all teams. The clients that the team manages are also taken into account here, the income and expense structure is visible. Each employee can see at any time what bonus and after what time he can count on:

The bonus is awarded for exceeding the plan. The task of the project manager is to significantly exceed the plan, pay bonuses to the team and bring profit to the agency.
