Here you specify information that cannot be disclosed. You can specify the main points, and at the end add that confidential information is not limited to the data listed in the agreement. So everything that the employee or partner learns during the cooperation will be considered confidential information.

Advice: if there are many items in the “Subject of the Agreement” section, they can be listed in an additional Appendix.
