What drives a person to decide to start their own business? Is it simply to make a good profit, or is it because of a deep interest in the chosen field?
I think there are all sorts of reasons why people choose to start a business instead of working for a salary. There could be hundreds of different reasons.
If I were to list them one by one, there would be too many. So what I did was list 25 reasons why someone would decide to start their own business instead of working for someone else.
The business they choose may be different. Whether it's a laundry business, a nurse database restaurant business, a grocery store business, or even an online business. These are some of the reasons why they choose to earn a living through business.

The reality is that not everyone can afford to work regular working hours, for example from 9 am to 6 pm every day.
Or work according to a shift schedule. Some days you have to work from 10 am to 10 pm. Some days you have to work from 10 am to 6 pm, and some days you have to work from 2 pm to 10 pm.
Every week, the schedule is unpredictable. It's always changing, depending on what's appropriate . This makes the process of requesting leave and spending time with family quite difficult.
If you are single and live alone, there may be no problem working with such a schedule. But it is different for people who have families, who sometimes need to send and pick up their wives to work, have children who are still in school and so on.
On the other hand, it is better for us to work according to a flexible schedule . If the morning is not free because we want to take our children to the clinic, the time used to go to the clinic can be replaced at another time. For example, at night.
It doesn't matter what time you start work, because what's important is that the work is finished . Every job has a deadline. If we promise that the work will be finished before Wednesday, that means it has to be completed before Wednesday.
What time we start work, or when we stop working, that's not a big issue. What matters is the quality of work and the productivity of work, which is as good as those who have set working hours.
When we work with people, it's quite difficult to find a job that is flexible with our time. Unless we work on our own as a freelancer or become an entrepreneur. At that point, we will be the ones who set our own work schedule.
(2) You will have more time for yourself
At the beginning, this is almost impossible to achieve. However, once your business starts to grow, and you have reliable employees, the workload will start to decrease.
