They will not help you when you are in depth as I was, they just stopped responding when I inquired about the problem, the cause, and finding a middle ground to end this business relationship.but a membership plugin has to behave like one otherwise it's not a membership plugin but some other thing.

Their support is friendly and highly responsive but ultimately, the plugin supports very little. Basic things like coupons — NOPE. The Wishlist “coupons” plugin stopped being supported years ago.
