These days, like every year at this time, we see news about the nerves of students who are going to sit the Selectividad exams, the cut-off marks for studying certain degrees, bets about which subjects will appear on the exams,….
This news will have its days numbered.
On June 6, 2014, the Council of Ministers approved the royal decree establishing the access requirements and the basic regulations for admission procedures to official university mexico phone data degree courses. With this new regulation of the Organic Law for the Improvement of Educational Quality (LOMCE), passing the university entrance exam (PAU) is eliminated as an access requirement, so the Selectividad will disappear in the 2017-2018 academic year.
The entry requirement is to have a Bachelor's degree or a degree, diploma or equivalent studies , a Higher Technical Degree in FP, a Higher Technical Degree in Plastic Arts and Design, or a Higher Sports Technician.
It will be the universities that determine, in accordance with different assessment criteria, the admission to these courses of those students who have obtained the qualification that gives access to the University.
