Friends, last weekend we celebrated our wedding with Inés Calvella and I wanted to share some thoughts with you. It was an event full of emotions, memories and lessons that I would like to share with you. It was not only a celebration of our love, but also an opportunity to reflect on the importance of family, values and entrepreneurship in our lives.
The connection with our roots
In March I asked Inés to marry me, but with one condition: that the wedding would be at my family's farm in Santiago del Estero, my hometown.
This decision was not a coincidence; it was the only way to feel 100% connected to my father, who passed away five years ago. He was my great mentor and my role model . I have never seen anyone who had such adoration for his wife and she for him.
All my life I have tried to imitate them, and many times I have failed. (The subject of many therapies.) However, I did not give up, knowing that pure love existed and that a peaceful relationship was possible.
That's why I decided to get married in Santiago del Estero. The meeting with Inés
Eight years ago, I met Inés, an exceptional woman, beautiful, a companion, cheerful, hard-working, creative and generous. An excellent daughter, sister and aunt. But the truth is that I fell in love when I saw her as Lolo's mother. An unconditional love and dedication that I thank her for making me a part of.
We are blessed to have been able to put together a simple but loving family with our children Laste and Lolo.
They support me so that I can dedicate myself to starting SquadS Ventures. They also make sacrifices in all the trips and meetings that we do to “Build Community.”
We believe that there are no successful entrepreneurs in failed societies and we know that we have a lot to do and have an impact.
The value of family in entrepreneurship
We share values, beliefs and projects. We also share the way we love our friends. We believe that companies are bridges to bonds that are not only professional. They will only be transcendent bonds if one gives 100% from a personal perspective.
