This can work without any additional motivation. Just place a clear contact form at the bottom, top or side of the site. If you have a blog, add subscription forms inside articles. Important: the form should not attract too much attention, irritate or distract from the main content. It should not be perceived as an advertising banner, but as part of the site interface.
