Legally, one medialis has acquired all shares of filusch fiore. Much more importantly, however, is that all employees have decided to remain with the company and will enrich the one team. Yan-Tobias Ramb will lead the management, while the two former managing directors of filusch fiore – Jasmin Filusch and Birgit Buch – will actively support us until at least the end of the year.
