In general, we started thinking about creating a 2D system that would become part of PlantLinker, and we started developing it internally, without advertising our idea. And after February 2022, it became clear to us that PlantLinker could no longer be just a system for transferring data between solutions banned in the country.
Here we found a "blank" in the form of a sketching system useful, on the basis of which we began phone number indonesia to develop a system for creating orthogonal drawings built into PlantLinker. Now this is a full-fledged functionality for creating and designing drawings, as well as for projecting a 3D model, removing visible lines, applying dimensions (including associative ones), associative annotations, etc.
tively promoting the Revit platform for the industrial sector, and there are currently successful cases of using this product in projects in this industry. Many large customers have begun to pay attention to Revit, and also admit that sometimes medium or small firms (working with this system) have begun to bypass them in tenders and competitive procedures. What do you think this was connected with? And where was PlantLinker at that time?
At that point, we were, so to speak, a "spoiler" for Intergraph, Aveva and Tekla Structures systems in the construction part of the project. As for Revit, we worked with it in the area of data transfer only for metal structures.
The problem with Revit is that it is only good for projects that have a larger "construction part" and a relatively small "technological part". That is, if you take a project for the construction of an oil refinery, then there is no "building" except for separate reactors, columns and small supporting metal structures.
And the tools for working with pipelines in Revit are extremely simplified. Especially many problems can arise when you need to make daily changes to the model.
