On February 3, Twitter shut down Twitter Dashboard , just seven months after its launch on June 28, 2016. The web version of Dashboard is no longer available, and the company has announced that the mobile app will soon be discontinued.

Twitter Dashboard was announced as a tool for businesses to optimize whatsapp number list the management of their Twitter accounts , especially on mobile devices. It allowed them to more easily interact with their audience, schedule tweets, create simple term monitoring, view analytics, and configure customer service, all from a single tool.

But apparently, the mobile app never gained widespread acceptance, and the web version wasn't widely used either. Twitter Dashboard wasn't relevant. Why?

In reality, Twitter Dashboard combined features scattered across other tools , but didn't offer anything truly unique. Proof of this is that, although it's gone, its services are still available through other Twitter tools (or those of other companies).

1. Customer service.
On the "Twitter for Business" website , the option to configure the customer service options previously included in Dashboard remains available. The requirement, as with its predecessor, is to have direct messages open to any user. Once enabled, you can:

Add customer service hours to your account profile.
Set up a larger, prominently displayed direct message button on the mobile version of Twitter.
Schedule welcome direct messages or auto-reply, for when a user sends a direct message.
