A prosaic problem you may encounter when practicing power napping is: where to crash.

If you work from home, it's simple - you can comfortably use your break to swat a mosquito on a comfortable couch. But what if you work stationary in an office?

We have good news! In modern phone lists companies, which care about the well-being of employees in many areas, special relaxation spaces, also adapted for short regenerative naps, are increasingly appearing . So-called quiet rooms are already offered to their teams by Google, Procter & Gamble and Nike, among others.

A few years ago, the first nap room in Poland , also called a sleep café, was created. Vinci Power Nap, because that's the name of this extraordinary place, is located in Wrocław and offers its cocoon hammocks to employees of companies cooperating with it.

And if your company doesn't offer a benefit in the form of a nap? Fly away into the arms of Morpheus when you get home. A nap will reduce stress and tension, reduce fatigue and make sure that instead of spending the whole evening like a log on the couch, you will finally have energy for evening activities!

If you take a nap after coming home from work, set your alarm for no more than 10 minutes – sleeping longer in the late afternoon, similarly to coffee, can lead to problems with falling asleep in the evening and, as a result, disrupt your circadian cycle.

May the force be with you!
And if you lack that power, hop into the Sleeping Plane and use the potential of power nap!

A short, regenerative nap during your lunch break can do wonders: it will reduce stress and fatigue, give you energy to act for the rest of the day, and in addition, it will increase your creativity, ability to make good decisions and find solutions – all pros, no cons.
