Based on the 3D model, we prepared an album

The project work conditions were quite complex: the general contractor signs a contract and starts construction work on the same day. In parallel, we carry out survey, measurement and inspection work, and he carries out dismantling. In the process, we received a digital twin of the facility before the construction and installation work and the maximum detailing of the work performed by the contractor in real time. This allowed us to promptly take into account all changes when developing architectural and design solutions, develop measures to strengthen the load-bearing building structures taking into account their actual position and characteristics at the current moment of design. Reproducing in kind the real architectural and design solutions of the existing facility subsequently made our life significantly phone number in turkey easier. Now we could argue that we took into account all the details.
The gymnasium turned out to be problematic: while we were carrying out field work and designing, there were accidents on the utility networks, as a result of which half of the building settled. The subsidence was significant: such cracks appeared that part of the ceiling collapsed during the work. In connection with this, a logical question was put on the agenda: to demolish or restore the facility? The city administration decided to restore it. However, due to a change in the contractor at the stage of contract execution for reasons not related to the design and execution of construction and installation works, we did not complete this project.
What we learned: it is very important to carefully and thoroughly manage project documents, checking the information, because everything must match. A common data environment like Pilot-BIM is needed precisely to organize and systematize all the data. According to the established practice of comparing technical accounting documents with actual layouts and technical and economic indicators of the facility, discrepancies often arise, but in the case of the gymnasium, this was significant and noticeable: discrepancies with the original data reached 1000 m 2 . We had to resolve issues with these discrepancies ourselves.
of 180 sheets containing data on each room of the facility, including the actual geometric parameters of the rooms, calculations of the volumes of required materials and the necessary types of work. Including the volume of dismantling work, since it was controversial, and much less money was allocated for it than it actually cost. The work done became a good basis for further practical application of information modeling technology.
"The teams of StroyTechExpert (hereinafter referred to as STE) and ASCON were mutually interested in the digital transformation of both the established business processes of STE and the construction industry of the Omsk region as a whole. The company's employees were trained to work in Renga at courses in educational institutions of Omsk as part of additional educational programs. For our part, we provided technical support, attracted developers when necessary.
Now, designing in Renga, StroyTechExpert develops concepts for the future construction site with a minimal risk of unacceptable collisions. In Pilot-BIM, an electronic archive of corporate documents is organized, and an examination of the adopted technical solutions is carried out in three-dimensional space. New horizons have opened up for the company for concluding contracts for the development of design and estimate documentation using BIM technology," comments Alexey Dyatlov, Director of the BIM Department of the ASCON-Siberia Regional Center.
We write standards in simple language
Previously, information on our projects was stored on servers in the public domain. After we independently deployed the Pilot-BIM shared data environment, we can provide access to it to the customer with whom we cooperate. We do not want to depend on anyone. During the design process, we often had a problem: during the construction of the facility, the customer insisted on changing the design solutions, seeing their implementation. But now we involve the customer at the design stage, and they can make adjustments, having a complex object at hand in the form of a 3D model. This eliminates revisions at the construction stage.
