How to successfully switch to Google Analytics 4?

If you already have a Google Analytics Universal account and now want to use GA4, you can create another parallel property and work with both versions to avoid losing your data and reporting history.
First of all, to be able to create a property in GA4 you need to haveinvestor database the editor role to be able to configure the account.
Secondly, it's worth clarifying that the following instructions apply equally to website pages with Google Analytics universal tags or a Google Tag Manager container.
After going to “Manage” and selecting the corresponding account, you must:
a. Go to the “Property” column and click on “GA4 Setup Wizard”; it’s the first option listed.

b. Click “I want to create a GA4 property.”
c. Click “Create Property.” Here, the wizard creates the GA4 property, copies the site name, URL, time zone, and currency from the Google Analytics Universal property. It also enables enhanced metrics and connects properties from both versions to connect and migrate settings.
