A government plan is a strategic roadmap that details the guidelines, policies, goals and strategies that a candidate intends to implement during his/her term. It serves as the basis for the preparation of the Multi-Year Plan (PPA) , ensuring that campaign promises are fulfilled in an organized and transparent manner.
