Below are the results of a test to see whether still images or moving images are better for Meta ads.

Still Image 45 ¥13,000 0.23%
With movement 170 ¥10,000 0.73%
Not only did the moving images generate more conversions and had a better CPA, but they also had a better click-through rate than still images, likely because they were more eye-catching.
