New suppliers are not particularly welcome here due to the banal lack of time to get to know and analyze their offers.

Even Z1's "favorite" suppliers complain about an uneven work rhythm, unmotivated pressure on internal and external staff, and changing project and service inputs when working with them.

Z2. Non-IT customers (headquarters) of decentralized nature
The second type of customers have a less centralized uruguay whatsapp data structure, with more decision-making points. Headquarters act as developers of standards for technologies (sometimes not just for classes of solutions, but for specific technologies), and sometimes for personnel competencies.

They may have larger combined budgets for personnel and IT than Z1, but due to the fragmentation of budgets, it is more difficult to both pull them out and implement projects as a whole. They often have weak price sensitivity, since they calculate indicators primarily for the headquarters, thus being a natural balancer of Z1 activity for the market: Z1 gives suppliers a turnover "now", Z2 - a margin constantly.

If category Z2 did not exist, it would be much more difficult for suppliers to grow due to constant cash flow gaps and low profitability, competition would be less - in the end, only those who are very seriously provided with financial resources and whose shareholders are ready to own a low-margin cash machine would survive.

Large customers in this category were not formed yesterday, which means that most of the projects have already been found by someone and preliminarily divided.
