Conscious practice is a mental feat usa phone number list of strength. You are lifting weights with your brain, so to speak. You are breaking through your writer's block with force. It is almost painful. That is why your brain gets very tired in the process.

And that's why most people avoid it.

But this is exactly where your chance lies: If you practice consciously – that is, consciously implement and apply knowledge – then you will overtake everyone else.

Be it while blogging or at your workplace.
