What steps are we going to follow to create our blog?

There are many, but the three best known are:
Blogger.
Obviously they have their pros and cons, and their main features include:
Easy and quick to use.
There is no need to hire hosting or a domain (since the domain of the platform in question is used).
Limited or very limited features (as the case may be).
They don't rank very well in search engines.
It gives an unprofessional image.
On the other hand, CMS (Content Management System) are the ukraine mobile database type of platforms used by professionals and although they require more effort in terms of having to learn how to configure them and know how to use them, they do not require programming knowledge either.
The most widely used CMS is Wordpress.org and it is the one I personally recommend for starting your blog, especially if you intend to achieve scalability and monetize it.
