To participate in competitions, a newcomer must register in the EIS:


Activate access to the personal account for procurement participants.

Start the account creation procedure. New participants are accepted into the system only if they have a confirmed profile in the Unified Identification and Authentication System.

Fill out, sign and submit the registration application. Attach all required documents. The full list of documents is provided in sections 12, 13 of the Regulation on the registration procedure in the EIS (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 27.01.2022 No. 60).

As soon as the supplier successfully completes the registration procedure in the EIS, it is immediately included in the participants of the ERUZ — the Unified Register of Procurement Participants. No additional steps are required, since the information about the supplier in the ERUZ is automatically posted by the Federal Treasury. This process is carried out within one working day from the moment the supplier forms the necessary data for the EIS, in accordance with the provisions of 44-FZ, Article 24.2, Clause 1.

Step 7. Complete the accreditation procedure on the ETP

Participants are automatically accepted to participate on federal electronic platforms no later than the next business day after registration in the EIS (according to paragraph 4 of Article 24.2 44 of the Federal Law). The accreditation process is carried out by the operators of trading platforms themselves, who also maintain a register of accredited procurement participants.

If you want to participate in public procurement, you need to go through the registration procedure in the EIS, which will allow you to gain access to eight different platforms for concluding public contracts. Among these platforms, we can highlight the following: Sberbank-AST, EETP, AGZ RT, RTS-tender, ETP Gazprombank, JSC RAD, National Electronic Platform, ETP TEK-TORG.

In turn, in order to offer your goods and services to large commercial customers, such as JSC Gazprom, Rusnano, OJSC MTS and others, it is necessary to select specialized platforms where the relevant trading procedures are carried out. These include, for example, B2B-Center, Fabrikant, TZS Electra, Auction Competition House and others.

If you are interested in acquiring assets of companies in bankruptcy, it is important to choose platforms that have certain accreditation for conducting auctions for the sale of such assets. "Russian Auction House", "Sberbank-AST", "SELT", uTender and others are just some of the available options.

Determining which platforms are best for participating in tenders is left to the discretion of the supplier, based on the specifics of the goods, works and services offered by them. For those planning to participate in closed purchases with increased confidentiality, it is important to undergo accreditation at specialized platforms such as AST GOZ, GPB, ETP RF (in accordance with the Government Order of 12.07.2018 No. 1447-r).
