I've heard of others lighting a candle, putting on a special writing t-shirt or hoodie, making coffee or tea... just do whatever (regularly) helps you get in the right writing mood.
You can also improve your time management when blogging by being aware of your tasks for creating the post and working in sections. I wrote more about this in this post: Writing blog articles - as quickly and easily as possible.
We have hundreds, sometimes thousands, of ideas every day. But if we don't write them down, they often disappear just as quickly as estonia telegram screening they came. So if you have a new idea, always write it down immediately!
I have only one rule: collect your ideas in one place. It doesn't matter whether this place is analogue or digital. It could be Evernote, a note app like Obsidian or Apple Notes or even just a Google Doc.
The best option is actually an app on your smartphone. If you feel that you have to resist this, you can also use a notebook – but you can also have one close to you 24 hours a day, within arm's reach – along with a working pen.
