The main difficulty was the need to save not only the structure of projects, but also the entire history of employee interactions on each project, tasks, attached files, comments, so as not to lose the context and information on the progress of projects.
The first time we touched the system, we encountered a problem : the data export format allowed us to download only the names and descriptions of tasks in Excel, without attached files and comments.
Attempts to use various connectors and integration hungary consumer email list solutions (Albato and Wrike API) did not lead to the desired results. None of the methods were able to correctly transfer all the necessary information.

The solution was manual data transfer: it included creating 17 thousand tasks, assigning responsibilities, copying files and employee comments.
This work required enormous time and human resources, as each task required separate attention.
The same difficulty arose with the transfer of archive tasks : according to our calculations, the manual transfer of 40 thousand archive projects could take several months of continuous work (it takes about 5 minutes to transfer one task).
The difficulty was mitigated by combining tasks: one combined project (this is about 150 tasks) was a task in which all tasks and attached files were displayed as a list in one archive:
